Document Requirements :

• Copy of a passport biodata page with more than 18 months remaining validity
• Color photo 3x4 cm with red background
• Life and health insurance
• Proof of income or benefits with a minimum value of US$3.000 (three thousand US Dollars) per month. or investments to provide the applicant living expenses during the stay in Indonesia
• Home lease agreement for at least 1 year. (signed by both parties. should mention the owners name. address of the rented house. the amount of rent and attach the owners KTP or ID)
• Proof of hiring a maid or domestic helper
• Maid/helper ID Card (KTP)
