If cancellation is made after 12 hours of the scheduled service date, no refund will be provided.
For PMA and KITAS, a 50% refund is available only if the client has paid in full upfront. No refund is given if the client has made a 50% down payment.
Government fees, embassy fees, courier fees, document processing fees, and other third-party costs incurred on your behalf may be non-refundable.
Changes to a confirmed visa application or additional service may require additional charges. MyVisa will communicate associated costs before implementing changes.
For events beyond our control, MyVisa may modify or cancel the service and will work with you on alternatives or refund options after considering non-refundable expenses.
Before cancelling
MyVisa can confirm whether your request falls under a refund window, a non-refundable cost stage, or a service-change option.
Non-refundable costs can include government fees, embassy fees, courier fees, document processing fees, or other expenses incurred through third parties.
Additional charges may apply when confirmed services are changed after approval.
