Overview

Cancellation review starts with timing.

At MyVisa, plans can change. This policy keeps the cancellation process transparent while accounting for work, government fees, and third-party costs already committed.

Check timing

Confirm the scheduled service date and when the cancellation request is made.

Review costs

Identify any government, courier, document, or third-party costs already incurred.

Confirm outcome

MyVisa communicates refund eligibility or required service-change fees.

Cancellation terms

How each cancellation condition is handled.

Cancellation within 12 hours before service

If cancellation is made within 12 hours before the scheduled service date, 50% of the total service cost will be refunded.

Cancellation after the service timing

If cancellation is made after 12 hours of the scheduled service date, no refund will be provided.

PMA and KITAS exception

For PMA and KITAS, a 50% refund is available only if the client has paid in full upfront. No refund is given if the client has made a 50% down payment.

Non-refundable expenses

Government fees, embassy fees, courier fees, document processing fees, and other third-party costs incurred on your behalf may be non-refundable.

Changes to services

Changes to a confirmed visa application or additional service may require additional charges. MyVisa will communicate associated costs before implementing changes.

Force majeure

For events beyond our control, MyVisa may modify or cancel the service and will work with you on alternatives or refund options after considering non-refundable expenses.

Before cancelling

Contact the team before making final changes.

MyVisa can confirm whether your request falls under a refund window, a non-refundable cost stage, or a service-change option.
