MyVisa handles refund requests promptly and in accordance with the terms below. Some payments are non-refundable once government processing or third-party costs have started.
Refund conditions
If your visa application is refused by the Indonesian Government, MyVisa is unable to provide a refund unless there are exceptional circumstances.
MyVisa is unable to provide a refund, but the visa can be used at a later date following a border closure.
Once your VISA has been approved, MyVisa is unable to offer a refund.
If your application has already been submitted to Immigration and billing has been paid on your behalf, MyVisa cannot provide a refund.
A 10% administration fee will be charged for all applications seeking a refund.
Refunds for credit card payments will be processed by bank transfer directly to your designated bank account.
