Refunds are reviewed against the application stage.

MyVisa handles refund requests promptly and in accordance with the terms below. Some payments are non-refundable once government processing or third-party costs have started.

Refund method

  • Refunds can only be processed to the account from which the payment was originally made.
  • If a refund is made through bank transfer, bank fees will be deducted from your own bank account.

Administration fee

  • A 10% administration fee applies if you cancel your application and request a refund.
  • The refunded amount follows the Indonesian bank currency exchange rate.

Processing time

  • The refund process will be completed within a maximum of 14 business days.
  • Final timing may depend on bank terms and the payment method used.

Visa refusal

If your visa application is refused by the Indonesian Government, MyVisa is unable to provide a refund unless there are exceptional circumstances.

Border closure with approved expired e-VISA

MyVisa is unable to provide a refund, but the visa can be used at a later date following a border closure.

After VISA approval

Once your VISA has been approved, MyVisa is unable to offer a refund.

After submission and immigration payment

If your application has already been submitted to Immigration and billing has been paid on your behalf, MyVisa cannot provide a refund.

Offshore Single Entry B211 e-VISA

A 10% administration fee will be charged for all applications seeking a refund.

Credit card payments

Refunds for credit card payments will be processed by bank transfer directly to your designated bank account.

Confirm status and payment source first.

To avoid delays, prepare your order reference, original payment account, and any communication related to the application stage.
